Overview
We have three opportunities for new Recruiters to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team. There is one position open within each of our three specialty recruitment pods - Clinical, Administrative & Operations, and Research. Recruiters are responsible for the full-cycle consultative recruitment of non-exempt and exempt positions. They function independently, exercise sound judgment, and utilize critical thinking to resolve the most complex and difficult scenarios with minimal assistance.
This position is full remote with occassional time on-campus in the Boston, MA area. In-person attendance of career fairs and conferences as is also required as needed. The selected candidate may only live and work remotely from a New England state (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT).
