Essential Job Duties
Troubleshoot mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and digital control systems related to thermal plant equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, fuel systems, cooling towers, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic devices (meters, controllers, computers, etc) electronic subsystems (valves, actuators, transmitters, sensors, etc) and systems through inspection and maintenance, or after system/equipment installation/failure. Ability to operate specialized test equipment (volt/amp meters, power meters, pressure calibrators, etc) to troubleshoot and repair non-standard electronic devices and systems.
Service and maintain thermal plant digital/electronic control systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on metering and control devices.
