Responsibilities*

• Resolve all departmental tickets with Shared Service Center ( SSC) related to SOA transactions which includes hosting, transportation and confirmation that purchase order items have been received.
• Process all student/guest reimbursements on behalf of all faculty and department through SSC.
• Lead department contact for Concur system, trouble shooting, establishing profiles for all employees, promoting SSC use.
• Lead for processing equipment purchases orders over $10,000. Coordination of sole source justifications and back-up person for M-marketsite orders.
• Assist post award accounting staff as needed and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications*

Requires a high school education or equivalent. 

Experience with processing expense reimbursements for students/guests

Familiar with Concur system for employee reimbursements

Experience working with UM shared service center

Desired Qualifications*

1-3 years' experience with Concur System and Shared Services Center

Working Knowledge of procurement process and statement of activity transactions

Work Schedule

Day shift 24 hours per week - 0.6 FTE

Background Screening

Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.  Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
