The Web Content Administrator is an important member of the UM-Flint Office of Marketing & Communications with primary responsibility for leading website content efforts to increase the university's visibility, brand awareness, reputation and engagement with internal and external partners. Working in collaboration with colleagues and campus partners, you will manage the administration of website content requests and perform website content updates. Other responsibilities can include creating new pages and refreshing content on existing pages; work with departmental colleagues, other university offices and vendors to identify opportunities to improve site traffic and conversions through search engine optimization and user experience design; monitor website analytics to ensure site improvements are proving effective; and create and interpret site traffic and keyword comparison reports to recommend adjustments to our SEO strategy.
