The Project Manager Intermediate (Spine Program Coordinator) will focus on the coordination of the comprehensive clinic care of our Spine/Spine Oncology population. In addition, this role will facilitate outreach, education, and follow up with external providers and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate comprehensive clinical care for adult patients with spine/spine oncology conditions.
Serve as a liaison between the spine program/spine oncology and community physicians.
Serve as coordinator for for the spine/spine oncology clinic.
Organize and engage in community education and outreach initiatives.
A minimum of a bachelors degree, in health administration or RN. An ability to work with a wide variety of people at different levels. An ability to lead and or participate in multi-disciplinary groups to solve issues. Flexible as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities. Please note that his job may require after hours meeting or coordination. Highly professional in appearance, tone and delivery. Excellent verbal, writing, punctuation, spelling, grammatical skills and proof-reading skills to facilitate and expedite communication with all levels of correspondents. Flexible in a fast-paced, multi-taking, constantly changing environment. Preference to experience in Neurosurgery spine.
