The Data Science Academy is the first of several NC State Academies, which are true universitywide efforts involving all 10 colleges. The Data Science Academy will encompass multiple departments, centers and institutes and address all three pillars of the university’s land-grant mission: education, research and service to the state of North Carolina.
The Data Science Academy offers 1-credit project-based internship courses. The successful candidate (s) will assist the DSA Director and Internship Instructor with teaching internship courses and cultivating agency partnerships. The Data Science Internship Assistant will report directly to the instructor of the internship courses.
Appointments will be for one semester or the summer with the possibility of renewal.

Minimum Experience/Education
- Applicants must have completed at least an undergraduate degree in a Data Science related field to be considered for the position from an accredited university.
