Essential Job Duties
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reconciling University P-Card charges for the department, submitting requisitions for purchases over $5K, managing the Marketplace receiving report on a monthly basis, entering vouchers, initiating IDT’s and JV’s, initiating travel authorizations and reimbursements, initiating budget revisions, providing department approval for NexGen actions to hire graduate students, and entering salary redistributions. Position responsibilities pertain to ledgers, 2, 3, 6, and 7 in the department (state appropriations, appropriated receipts, gifts, and foundations)
