PROGRAM MANAGER FOR MEMBER ENGAGEMENT, MIT Climate and Sustainability Consortium (MCSC), to join an industry-academia partnership accelerating the implementation of large-scale, real-world solutions, across sectors, to help meet the global climate emergency. Will help improve engagement with the consortium’s corporate members through targeted interactions with members and facilitation of interactions with the MIT community, use those interactions to create engagement plans for each member company with the MIT community, and then track interactions that occur between members and people at MIT. Will also create company-specific annual reports highlighting the company’s interactions with the MIT community throughout the year and support the creation of quarterly activity summaries for members.
Job Requirements:REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least years of administration, operations, and/or project/program management experience; self-motivation; ability to approach work strategically, manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality results, and meet deadlines; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to conduct, write, and communicate technical research and proposals; experience planning and executing complex programs and effectively engaging with industry, alumni, staff, faculty, and other stakeholders; excellent collaborative skills and ability to lead teams of people without direct reporting relationships; and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
