ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 3, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), to perform and anticipate a broad range of administrative activities and special projects for the FutureTech group and its leadership. Will be responsible for supporting FutureTech in its operations, events, communications and marketing, course offerings, and initiatives; provide calendar management and schedule meetings; create and design marketing materials and presentations; assist with organizing logistics for events and research initiatives, handling invoices and travel expense reimbursements; update Salesforce database; and build and test online courses.

REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least five years of administrative, office, or related experience, including event planning experience; excellent organizational, time management, project management, writing, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to interact effectively across all levels and with external clients and stakeholders; good judgment, tact, and discretion with sensitive and confidential information; self-motivation and a bias for action; ability to work under pressure; advanced-level computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work independently and function effectively as a member of a team; and the ability to transport items (marketing materials and computer equipment) weighing up to 25 pounds to various events.
