Job Description

OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN, MIT Medical, to assist the eye care providers (optometrists and ophthalmologists).  Will obtain clinical information from patients; perform diagnostic tests; assist with contact lens fittings and conduct patient training in the insertion, removal, wearing schedule, disinfection, and proper care of contact lenses; and perform other tasks as specified by the ECP in providing complete and comprehensive eye care.  Will also maintain the contact lens inventory, re-ordering as supplies are required; order routine office equipment and supplies; and assist the patient services representative with administrative duties.

Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
