1. Bachelor's degree with two years of part time experience teaching youth. OR Associate's degree and four years of part time experience teaching youth. OR seven years of part time experience leading children or participating in an instructional, sports or activity camp.
2. Six months part time administrative experience in Education, Sports, or youth camp field.
1. Assist with the administration of a camp before, during, and after the camp season and its operating hours
2. Oversee camp instruction, camper safety and logistics, staff training, or camp volunteers as assigned
3. Serve as the camp director in the temporary absence of the camp director.
4. Respond to and address all camp communication needs to all constituencies.
5. Attend all pre-camp meetings and training sessions.
6. Follow best practices and regulations for implementation of youth programming
7. Understand and follow all camp rules, regulations and safety procedures.
