Provide instruction to English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students who are currently employed by regional business partners. Classes are multi-level and include Beginning to Advanced students. Classes focus on improving English for workplace, community settings and professional development. Candidates must have the ability to design curriculum and daily instruction plans.
Bachelor's degree, experience and/or training teaching non-native English speaking adult students, knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices for use in teaching non-native English learners, and computer proficiency.
Positions located on the Essex, Dundalk, and Catonsville campuses
Duties include instruction, testing, and record-keeping/data collection for contract reporting. Attendance at team meetings are periodically required.
