SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Sloan School of Management-Teaching and Learning (T&L) Team, to provide complex and diverse administrative support to the T&L team and other faculty stakeholders. The T&L team is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of processes, policies, and projects that elevate the Sloan School’s formal and informal teaching and learning services. Will synthesize, evaluate, and communicate clearly with an eye toward efficiency; use in-depth knowledge of MIT and other departments to anticipate and initiate actions regarding office operations; interpret and resolve highly varied situations and problems; and support the mission of Sloan Teaching and Learning. Responsibilities will include responding to tickets in ServiceNow; supporting high-level projects; composing and editing internal and external documentation and correspondences; handling a variety of financial duties, e.g., completing requests for payment, reconciling accounts, working with vendors, arranging reimbursements, monitoring credit card charges, etc.; coordinating a range of high-profile events; website oversight; database maintenance; and a variety of other duties.
