Executive Director, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. We are currently seeking a Executive Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for our downtown Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote).
Starting base salary = $139,000 - $173,000 a year (commensurate with related experience).
The Executive Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) provides strategic and operational leadership to support an association-wide internal DEI strategy that aligns with our organizational mission, vision and values. Working collaboratively with other leaders and team members across the organization, the director is responsible for the development of new DEI programs and the integration of DEI principals and best practices throughout our work environment. The director will be a key driver to support an inclusive environment where everyone has a voice and can express their viewpoints.
