The School of Education (SOE) is seeking an experienced technology professional to join the collaborative Office of Student Affairs (OSA) team. You will lead in the implementation and management of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) and Marketing Cloud platforms to provide improvements in the customer experience and overall team productivity. You will build, support and assess processes, playing a key role in designing systems to meet business goals. You will report to the Director of Recruitment and Admissions.
