GENERAL SUMMARY
The Executive Vice President of Administrative Services will provide executive administration to agency programs and related systems such as Managed Care. This position will assure program administrative compliance for Agency, County and State mandates. Oversee agency RFP process for private and government grants. This position reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Assure agency is in compliance with internal compliance standards.
· Monitor Local, State and Federal regulatory standards for program compliance
· Provide administrative oversight of programs and related systems.
· Develop and hold management accountable for systems of administrative compliance
· Serve as point person for agency Managed Care initiatives
· Oversee and expand on implementation of internal program accountability standards
· Coordinate with Information Technology as necessary.
· Work with senior management staff in preparing programs for managed care activities
· Prepare monthly program reports indicating key areas of program and staff compliance
· Work with President and Chief Executive Officer in agency development to include grant procurement
· Monitor program planning goals
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Work cross collaboratively with other members of the Senior and Executive Management team to make sure that designated programs work seamlessly to provide a strong vision for the agency
* Support all functions assuring compliance with regulatory agencies
* Provide leadership in developing and overseeing organizational policies and procedures
* Assume such other duties appropriate to the position as may be assigned
JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Skills, Knowledge, Ability)
* Ability to interact with and complete assignments in a manner sensitive to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
* Exceptional leadership, management, supervision and administrative skills
* Proven success as a member of an executive team
* Progressive senior management experience in a large and complex agency
* Assure constant review of local, state, and federal regulations and ensure compliance with standards
* Effective at working collaboratively with other agency programs
* Experience in planning, leading, and managing multiple projects and tasks
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
An LMSW, MBA or related Masters degree is required. A minimum of eight to ten (8-10) years progressive administrative management and direct program experience in a non-profit setting to include executive management is required. Advanced experience with program accountability and Managed Care experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; after hours response/consultation required as necessary.
