Adult Services Division - Autism Cares Foundation
Autism Cares Foundation (ACF) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Adult Services
Division of the Foundation. This division is focused on providing clinical programs and services for individuals with autism and other special needs. Since launching our Adult Services Division, we have experienced dynamic growth and desire to expand our service offerings and service area. This role has the unique opportunity to become a principal architect in the development of programs helping to shape the future direction of our Adult Services Division as we position ourselves to be one of the leaders providing these services.
Summary/Objective
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the adult services division by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategic objectives, policies and program delivery provided by the organization to individuals receiving services. This is a hands-on position meaning that this individual will self-perform many of the tasks denoted and may need to fill-in to support ratios and/or other activities supporting ASD and its requirements. Reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors with daily accountabilities to the
Executive Director of Autism Cares Foundation.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, which should coincide with the successful operational needs/schedule of the Adult Services Program.
Office Location: 816 2nd St. Pike, Southampton, PA. 18966.
Occasional weekend work and attendance at various events and fundraising activities is expected.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Must have all security and safety clearances required by the state (Child Abuse, State Police, FBI
Fingerprints, and CPR/First Aid preferred)
Travel:
Limited travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience:
Master’s degree +3-5 years’ experience working directly with persons with disabilities or Bachelor’s degree +4-6 years’ experience working directly with persons with disabilities. Current licensed
clinician preferred.
