Program Expansion Opportunity!
We are growing and so will you. We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team to open a new residential program located in Northwood, NH supporting adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. The program will provide assessment, stabilization and treatment services to empower and support individuals to successfully transition to a long term residential program. The program will be densely staffed, highly structured with a strong emphasis on clinical progress, wellness, and employment. This position will offer the right candidate opportunity to be part of developing capacity within the State of New Hampshire and will offer growth opportunities.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience working with the IDD population or Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience. Supervisory background required and must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Salary: $50-55k annually, dependent on experience
