Job Description Summary
The CRM System Administrator for Wycliffe Bible Translators provides day-to-day overall administration and support for the enterprise CRM solution. Ultimately, this system supports the work of Bible translation by maintaining Wycliffe’s relationships with donors and prayer partners. This individual will provide key functions to maintain compliance, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and help drive improvements, enhancements and efficiencies in our CRM systems through participation in special projects. The ideal individual will be a detail oriented, analytical individual with excellent customer service skills.
The minimum hourly rate for this position is $24.51/hr. The final offer will be considered based on the level of experience and skills of a successful candidate.

Major Job Responsibilities:
Serve as Salesforce System and Security Administration, including design, configuration, testing and deployment Salesforce functionality.
Develop Salesforce reports, analytics and dashboards to support and monitor performance.
Participate in the design of data integration to connect Salesforce.com to other systems.
Configure all CRM related systems to meet business needs.
Participate in change management and system testing processes.
Install, configure and test periodic system updates including Salesforce major releases.
Maintain and create business processes/workflows, working with the team and impacted departments.
Serve as System and Security Administration for related applications including check scanning, online and other sources of contact and donation information.
Research and resolve Salesforce problems, unexpected results and process flaws.
Participate in special projects as requested.
Resolve escalated help desk tickets related to CRM functions.
Perform security audits, provide recommendations and present findings.
Create user interface-related test scripts and carry out testing.
Maintain running history and documentation of business process changes.
Assist in the on-boarding and training of new Salesforce users.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
