The School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment (SEBE) Research Advancement (RA) Team is looking for someone interested in making a difference in the world, working with faculty who are making globally impactful advances in research, and having a career in a profession with various opportunities for growth.
The position will be primarily dedicated to post‐award management but may include coverage of pre‐award functions (such as proposal preparation and submission) during high volume deadlines. Under administrative direction, this position will be responsible for providing post‐award financial, accounting, and administrative support for both sponsored and program accounts for faculty.
The successful candidate must be able to creatively solve problems and demonstrate the ability to balance a high level of attention to detail while supporting research intensive faculty. The applicant is expected to exercise autonomy and decision-making authority. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Three years of experience in a field appropriate to the area/unit of assignment OR Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skill and abilities have been achieved.

Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting. Visual acuity and manual dexterity associated with daily use of desktop computer; bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 20 pounds. Works from general instructions on standard job duties and specific directions/ instructions on new assignments.
