Researches land related issues, including easements, transfers of titles and deeds.
• This position is for an analyst in the Survey Department and will be interfacing with utility companies.
• The position will be responsible for researching the client's database for relevant documents pertaining to the land rights of the client utility.
• Work closely with Survey and GIS Professionals to determine required land rights documentation.
• Determines prior rights of the client for new business and other jobs and projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Typically possesses three years or more of title or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience researching land rights such as easements and licensed uses on fee property.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with clients, contractors, developers, and customers to find relevant documents.
• Demonstrated experience using Archibus, GIS, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The pay range for this California position is $40.00- $45.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
