Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement annual grant development plan based on strategic priorities
  • Write, edit, and submit grant proposals
  • Manage and assemble all materials for timely submission of grant proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of changing state, federal and private foundation guidelines
  • Monitor grant budgets and revise as needed
  • Work collaboratively to coordinate and facilitate working groups including faculty, staff, and other educational institutions
  • Develop and implement meaningful measures to track outcomes of grant funding
  • Support post-award management to ensure compliance
  • Identify and integrate best practices into programmatic objectives
  • Work with fiscal/accounting office to ensure accurate accounting data
  • Performs other related duties as the need arises

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Three to Five years’ experience with Perkins and/or Career and Technical Education.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
