WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Instructional Program Manager supervises the daily operations of the Adult Education instructional program(s) and related community services, including related and particular administrative details and provides instruction in and teaching of a specific subject or field of knowledge.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Reading, Communication, Literature, Writing, Education, Linguistics, or TESOL OR
• Current State of Florida Certification in English (Middle 5-9 and/or Secondary 6-12) or Reading (K-12) OR in another discipline with an indication of ESOL or Reading Endorsement OR
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution PLUS experience teaching/training adult learners.
• Supplemented by three (3) years of experience in college or high school teaching and/or program administration.
