Postdoctoral Researcher Position – HPV Oral Cancer

An exciting opportunity awaits a self-driven postdoctoral researcher within our laboratory at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Penn State University College of Medicine, Hershey PA. This full-time, NIH-funded position presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to study the effects HAART therapy on carcinogenic progression of HPV positive Head and Neck Cancer.

We're on the lookout for a colleague who is self-motivated, independent, and can work individually and as a team. The applicant needs to hold a PhD in a related field by the time of the appointment. We anticipate that the candidate will demonstrate a experience in tissue culture, virology, molecular biology, and protein chemistry. In our commitment to fostering an environment of learning, we will provide any necessary training specific to our laboratory.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
