NC State Stores (Wolfpack Outfitters) is searching for candidates that can help with our Summer 2024 Semester Rush for Textbooks. .

Duties will include:

• Textbook Customer Service Support

• Online Order Fulfillment

• Identifying back order/out of stock items

•Order Check-In & Distribution

• Other duties as assigned to ensure NC State Stores business needs are met. Position may be asked to assist in other locations as necessary.

Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. • Work as a cohesive team member and play an integral part in creating a positive work environment.The position is fast paced and the candidate selected will be able to work well under
pressure.

Minimum Experience/Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Customer Service/Cash Register experience in a retail environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and peers
• Provide exemplary customer service to every guest
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Chosen candidate must be punctual and dependable
• Attention to detail & organizational skills
